By way of note: Treason is a common law crime in South Africa.

The crime of high treason is defined as:

“any conduct unlawfully committed by a person owing allegiance to a state with the intention of:

• overthrowing the government of the Republic;

• coercing the government by violence into any action or inaction;

• violating, threatening or endangering the existence, independence or security of the Republic;

• changing the constitutional structure of the Republic.”

Some may say that Ramaphosa, as President could be guilty of "violating, threatening or endangering the existence, independence or security of the Republic" with regard to his conduct throughout the "pandemic" and the pending WHO treaty.

Agree

The people should be allowed to decide who they want to represent them, this choice should not be made by the party voted in, but by THE PEOPLE

Who remembers? that at the time of his swearing in, he fumbled the entire recital? Mogeng Mogoeng still gave a filthy glance - I recall it like it was yesterday. I also protested feverishly on FaceBook that he did not take Oath as it is required to do, consequently. Look, Ramaphosa is a seasonsed liar - my absolute disgust was when he told a gather of old state penioned ladies, that unless they voted for the ANC - the whites would take control and they would lose their pensions. Disgusting!!! What a racist - and we allow ourselves be to brow beaten by such a hypocrite.

He like his predecessor and their appointed ministers and MP's have all done the same, broken their oath's of office. They are a despicable bunch and that includes all those who currently sit in parliament from all the other parties. Scumbags the friggin lot of them.
